Request for Proposals:
The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a single or multiple contractual award(s) through competitive negotiations for the procurement to provide statewide specialized early childhood educational services to children from ages 0-5 years of age, who are deaf or hard of hearing and use cochlear implants or hearing aids.
The Early Childhood Education and Care Department (ECECD) is seeking qualified proposals that will provide educational services that result in positive educational outcomes for children who are utilizing cochlear implants and/or hearing aids.
SEQUENCE OF EVENTS:
The Procurement Manager and ECECD will make every effort to adhere to the following schedule. These dates are subject to change at the discretion of ECECD. Dates indicated in Events 7 through 12 are estimates only and may be subject to change without necessitating an amendment to the RFP.

Submission Due:
Submission of Proposals are due on or before April 13, 2022 no later than 3 p.m. Proposals received after this deadline will not be accepted.
At this time, only electronic proposal submission is allowed. Do not submit hard copies until further notice. Proposals must be submitted electronically through ececd.rfa@state.nm.us
