Scope of Procurement
ECECD is seeking a contractor to conduct a financial and compliance audit for applicable statements and schedules of the Agency and other financial and compliance audit services as further described in Section IV.A for the period from July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021, with the option to extend for two successive one-year terms based on the cost stated in the original proposal. This procurement will result in a contractual agreement between two parties; the procurement may ONLY be used by those two parties exclusively.
