PURPOSE OF THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS:
The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of Staffed Family Child Care Network services.
Licensed family child care homes (FCCH) and group child care home (GCCH) providers continue to be a critical resource for families and a key component of New Mexico’s PN-5 system.
These licensed homes support young children’s development, learning and engage with families to meet their needs. Yet, at the same time as providing these critical duties, FCCH and GCCH providers often manage all aspects of their home child care and business. To support FCCH and GCCH to provide high-quality, sustainable care, ECECD is seeking proposals for one or more Staffed Family Child Care Networks (SFCCN) across the state.
