PURPOSE OF THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS:
ECECD wishes to work collaboratively with a contracted partner to develop a statewide early childhood community assessment. The goal of the community assessment is to identify current strengths and challenges of the existing early childhood landscape of programs, services, and supports on a statewide, regional, and county level.
As part of this work, the Contractor will review and analyze the early childhood system components critical to an equitable early childhood system in New Mexico. This RFP will result in a single award. This procurement will result in a contractual agreement between two parties; the procurement may ONLY be used by those two parties exclusively. The contract will be for one year from date of award with the option to extend up to three (3) additional years, on a year-by-year basis. This contract will not exceed four (4) years total
