The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of marketing services from a firm to develop and maintain a public awareness campaign for Early Intervention for the Early Childhood Education and Care Department (ECECD) Family Infant Toddler (FIT) program.

This procurement will result in a contractual agreement between two parties; the procurement may ONLY be used by those two parties exclusively. The contract will be in effect from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, with the option to extend up to three (3) additional years, on a year-by-year basis. This contract will not exceed four (4) years total.
